Generally we test with 50+ participants, however it is product dependent and we may suggest a smaller testing group for very high value products.

Yes, the survey includes an open-ended section for respondents to share their thoughts in their own words. You can use any of these positive reviews in your comms.

This is not included as standard; however, we work with a distribution partner who can handle sending products out on your behalf, at an additional cost.
